CONSTRUCTION NOTES
(We will post updates on the building project on this website during the course of construction).
These are the highlights from our construction meeting held on Friday, October 27.
The city has agreed to move the sewer line for the construction of the dome.
1. The main cost to the district will be for manholes (3) and pipes. Incite will have the final drawing of the locations of the manholes and pipeline by next Friday.
2. Genesis has been working on the prequalification bids and they are due Nov. 6th.
3. Genesis talked about who and where they will be posting bid requests. We are still planning on a Dec. 12th bid date.
